These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and 8o88 ( hereinafter "8o88", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the online betting and casino platform available at https://8o88.io (hereinafter the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by 8o88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 8o88.

Access to and use of the 8o88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or participating in any activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

8o88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by 8o88 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access the full range of services offered by 8o88, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your account:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Username and password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 8o88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, 8o88 is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of your payment method.
• Account currency: Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed in BDT (৳).

8o88 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account at any time where a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

8o88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies on gambling transactions.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful processing by the payment provider. 8o88 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during support operating hours (Monday to Sunday, 09:00–01:00 BST, UTC+6), subject to completed KYC verification.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been met.
• 8o88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing timeframe.
• In cases where a withdrawal cannot be returned to the original deposit method, 8o88 may request alternative payment details. In such cases, additional verification may be required.
• 8o88 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.

8o88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages (e.g., slots contributing 100%, live casino contributing 10%) are stated in promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. 8o88 will not reinstate expired bonuses.
• Minimum odds: Where free bets or bonus funds are used on sports markets, a minimum qualifying odds threshold (e.g., 1.50 or above) may apply. Bets placed at odds below this threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.
• One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, Players may hold and wager only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active will result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Abuse and multi-accounting: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account(s) being suspended.

8o88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by 8o88 regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and other wagering activities conducted through the 8o88 Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 8o88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. 8o88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of submission, which may differ from odds quoted moments earlier.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or where a palpable error in the odds is identified. Void bets are settled at stake returned.
• Match abandonment: Where a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned or not completed within the specified timeframe, bets will be settled according to the official result at the time of abandonment, or voided, as determined by the applicable sport-specific rules in effect at the time.
• Maximum payout: Single-event and accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout limit. The current maximum payout per bet slip is ৳5,000,000 (BDT five million) unless a lower limit is specified for the market in question.
• Palpable errors: 8o88 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted as the result of a manifest error in pricing, odds compilation, or system malfunction, at its absolute discretion.

Cricket-specific rules covering BPL, IPL, T20 international, and Bangladesh national team matches — including provisions for the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, Super Over results, and match-specific market settlement — are published in the Sport-Specific Rules section of the Platform.

The 8o88 Casino section offers live dealer games and RNG (Random Number Generator) certified slot titles from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to casino game play:

• Game rules: Each casino game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.
• RTP: The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each RNG game is set by the game provider and is available within the game information panel. 8o88 does not alter RTP settings.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. Connection issues on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to a refund of any bet placed or in progress at the time of disconnection. • Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors or data feed failures — all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 8o88's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final.
• Table and stake limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each casino game and may vary by game, table, and account status. These limits are displayed within the game interface before play commences.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8o88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party details.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, interact with the Platform, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical glitches, or bonus structures in a manner not intended by 8o88 — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting".
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of an event.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to 8o88 at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise access the underlying source code or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Users.

8o88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, available from within the account settings panel after login:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) that prevents login, deposits, and wagering for the duration of the period.

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8o88.
• Use the 8o88 brand name, logo, or trade marks in any form without explicit authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8o88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions, to the extent caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Any third-party content, services, or products accessed through or in connection with the Platform.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or data loss not directly caused by the gross negligence of 8o88.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8o88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own proven negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time:

• By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal verification requirements.
• By 8o88: 8o88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, withhold funds pending investigation, and/or void any outstanding bets or bonus balances in the event of: (a) a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) any other circumstance that 8o88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, warrants account closure.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination, including 8o88's right to pursue recovery of any amounts owed by you.

8o88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 8o88 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or the addition of new game-specific rules) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 8o88 is incorporated. In the event of any irreconcilable dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
